PP Edge Banding

PP or Polypropylene edge banding has emerged as a game-changer in the furniture industry, offering a perfect blend of functionality, durability, and aesthetic appeal. We can produce thickness from 0.4 mm to 2.0 mm and width that ranges from 15 mm to 620 mm. The raw materials meet the food grade safety standards and meet the needs of customers with high environmental requirements such as IKEA. It requires very little energy to manufacture and can be recycled or incinerated. During incineration, it produces only carbon dioxide and water (as does natural gas). The heat resistance is better than PVC and is shrinkage propertied. At present, Sinowolf is one of the enterprises which can provide mass production of PP Edge Banding series.

Laser and Hot Air Edge Banding

Laser and Hot Air edge banding are both methods used in woodworking and furniture manufacturing to apply a thin strip of material to the edges of panels to give them a finished appearance. The production process is optimized, preheating time and hot melt adhesive are eliminated, and production efficiency is improved. After edge banding, there is no glue line on the appearance, and seamless bonding is truly achieved. It is mainly made of ABS material, and the effect is better when the thickness is above 1mm. All colors of ABS edge banding can be made into laser and hot air edge banding.
