PP Edge Banding

PP Edge Banding

PP or Polypropylene edge banding has emerged as a game-changer in the furniture industry, offering a perfect blend of functionality, durability, and aesthetic appeal. We can produce thickness from 0.4 mm to 2.0 mm and width that ranges from 15 mm to 620 mm. The raw materials meet the food grade safety standards and meet the needs of customers with high environmental requirements such as IKEA. It requires very little energy to manufacture and can be recycled or incinerated. During incineration, it produces only carbon dioxide and water (as does natural gas). The heat resistance is better than PVC and is shrinkage propertied. At present, Sinowolf is one of the enterprises which can provide mass production of PP Edge Banding series.

PVC Edge Banding

PVC edge banding is a thin strip of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material used in furniture manufacturing to cover and protect the exposed edges of furniture components such as shelves, tabletops, cabinets, and panels. Sinowolf's PVC edge band doesn't whiten when trimmed and white fog shade will not appear as high quality raw material is used. The wood patterns are true to life with good texture. The surface finish is attained by environment friendly ink and UV printing imported from Germany.
